Are you new to the Faroese language? Do you already understand some Faroese and want to improve your skills? Or have you previously been in Faroese language courses and wish to continue your studies? No matter your level or how long you’ve been in the Faroe Islands, you are welcome to join the Faroese as a Second Language (FSA) courses starting in August 2025.  

What is FSA? 
FSA is language classes for adult newcomers whose first language is not Faroese. The main focus is to learn the Faroese language and to get insight into Faroese culture and society.
